SOLID ROCK SCHEDULE 2011 to 2012 January 11, 2012

We sing the 4^th Sunday of each month at both services. We always wear are Red shirts and blue jeans. Please tuck your shirts in (thank you) be at church at 7:55AM. We need to sound check and be done by 8:15. We also have long rehearsals on the 4^th Sunday and we will provide lunch at long rehearsals.

JANUARY

Jan 22: Sing at both service (Long rehearsal 11:00-2:30)

Jan 29: Rehearsal for Feb Song 9:30 to 9:55 (Long rehearsal 11:00-2:30) (Solid Rock Meeting from 11:00 to 11:30 parents and support leaders welcome)

FEBRUARY

Feb 4^th: Pizza Making Day at Woodbury United Methodist Church (be at our church by 8:00 am contact Cindy and Roger Plum for additional information.)

Feb 5: Rehearsal 9:30 -10:00 (Long rehearsal 11:00-2:30)

Feb 12: Montrose Church: Service is at 9:30 we will need to be at Coon Rapids Church at 7:00 leaving at 7:15AM,we need to leave on time!!! We will return about 12:30- 1:00PM. If you want water please bring a bottle with you.

Feb 19: Zimmerman Church: Service is at 10:30 we will need to meet at CR at 8:00 and leave about 8:15, we need to be there by 9:00 to so sound check and rehearse. They are having a pot luck for us after worship so we will not be leaving there until 12:30 we should be home by 1:30 PM. If you want water please bring a bottle with you.

Feb 26: Rehearsal from 9:30 to 10:00 (NO long rehearsal)

MARCH (Mora and Ogilvie will be in March sometime, we are still waiting to confirm date)

March 4: rehearsal 9:30 10:00

March 11: Cedar Unit Methodist Church: Service is at 10:00 we will need to be at Coon Rapids by 8:15 leaving at 8:30

March 18: rehearsal 9:30 10:00

March 25: Ogilvie is at 9:00am and Mora at 10:30 AM, we will need to be at church at church by 6:45 leaving church at 7:00 this is about an hour away they serve lunch after Mora then we will go to the diary

March 31 Home Worship, Silent Auction, Dinner start tentative 4:00 and Home Worship is at 7:00

APRIL

April 1: Home Worship, we sing at both services; please help with set take down if you can!!

April 8: Rehearsal 9:30 to 10:00

April 14 & 15: Aitkin Weekend leave Saturday April 14^th at 8:30 AM we will return Sunday at 4:00 to 4:30 PM

They will need everything for a sleep over and some extra spending cash for lunch on Sunday on the way home and to shop around the town of Aitkin. (bakery, candy shop, dollar store etc)

April 22: Sing at both services (NO long rehearsal)

April 29: Rehearsal 9:30 to 10:00 (Chancel Choir Cantata Worship)

MAY

May 6: Rehearsal from 9:30 to 10:00

Garage Sale

May 10, 11 and 12 Garage Sale (set up on Thursday, sale Friday and Saturday take down and clean up)

The Garage sale is the biggest fundraiser we have we need lots of parents & Youth to help work.

May 13: Rehearsal from 9:30 to 10:00

May 20: Sing at both services (NO Long rehearsal)

2012 Road trip:

June 23 to June 28, 2012 (destination is Iowa and Kansas City Missouri) we are going to try and keep this around $250.00 to $300.00. Cost of bus and gas are always factors and if we have to pay for lodging which is also very common. We also usually like to donate money to our mission project as we have done this every year since 2000.
